Modes of Payment
1. Cash – 20% deposit at signing of the sale agreement, 80% within a month of signing. You can choose to pay in 100% at the signing of the sales agreement as well.
2. Payment Plan – 20% deposit at signing of the sale agreement, 80% on quarterly intervals for a period not exceeding 24 months.
3. Mortgage – 20% deposit at signing of the sales agreement and 80% will be paid by your bank upon completion.
